New Email Verification Process Coming October 1st in GradLeaders Career Center

As phase 1 of our next major development project, GradLeaders Career Center Email Marketing Platform Enhancements with Analytics, a new email verification system and security enhancement will be released for all GradLeaders Career Center users on October 1st.Starting that day, any students, employers or admins logging into the platform will be prompted to verify their email address by clicking a link in their inbox. These emails will come from a co-branded email address with a domain i.e. New users registering on or after that date will also be prompted to enter authentic email addresses and notified if the email address entered is invalid. Employers who recruit at multiple GradLeaders partner schools will only have to verify their email address once.

Note: Users flagged with invalid email addresses will not be immediately affected by this and will still be able to use the system and receive emails as per normal.

This email verification process will ultimately increase your overall communication effectiveness by ensuring your emails are being sent to verified inboxes and improve your overall email deliverability rates. This is also a critical first step in the larger Email Marketing Platform Enhancements with Analytics development project which will be a complete redesign of the email tools within GradLeaders Career Center today, including: additional variables, additional attachment options, delayed send options, utilizing email templates, ability to edit automated system emails, email queue, and more. Once complete, career center admin users will also have the ability to schedule and send highly personalized, targeted mass emails right within GradLeaders Career Center then quickly pull insightful engagement reports on email deliverability, opens, click-throughs, and more.
