DUBLIN, OH (October 15, 2018) — Thinkful, a career accelerator that brings high-growth tech careers to people everywhere, today announced a partnership with GradLeaders, a career services and campus recruiting platform that helps schools connect right-fit students to best-fit employers. Together they will help students interested in careers in tech connect with industry experts and mentors who will help them learn the web development and data science skills they need to land their dream job.

“At Thinkful, we place a high emphasis on job placement,” said April Andrews, Marketing Generalist at Thinkful. “We're excited about being a part of GradLeaders career service platform because we understand the challenges in finding the right career path. We're here to help students develop and fine-tune the skills needed for today's job market and get them a job in tech.”

As part of GradLeaders Career Network Co-registration process, students will be able to quickly sign up to learn more about Thinkful’s Web Development Bootcamp and find the right skills course and personal mentor for their career goals. They’ll also get access to Thinkful’s free resources in coding and design. Thinkful's industry experts and online programs provide the industry’s best flexible, technical career acceleration and deliver top talent to employers everywhere. 85% of its graduates land tech jobs within six months of graduation.

“As a tech company, we’re all too familiar with the challenges employers face finding the right tech talent with the specific skills for your unique hiring needs,” said Ryan Pratt, Vice President of Marketing & Research at GradLeaders. “So we’re really excited about the potential of this partnership. With over 1 million students using our career service platform every year, our partnership with Thinkful will help create a better prepared workforce that employers can quickly and easily source for their job openings. It will also help expand our partner school’s online career service offerings and ultimately help to improve employment outcomes for their students.”

Thinkful is committed to student outcomes, introducing audited outcome reports and income-share agreements where students only pay once placed in a qualifying job. Thinkful students start careers at some of the most coveted tech companies, including Amazon, Boeing, Google, IBM, R/GA and WalmartLabs. On average, students participating in Thinkful programs see a $15,000-$20,000 average year salary increase.
