When you have a quick question or need some help, you can visit gradleaders.com/partner-support between 8am and 5pm EST for assistance.
You’ll see a chat box in the bottom right corner that says, “Need help?”
Simply click either Start Chat or Chat Now. Then, select the GradLeaders product you have a question about, enter your contact information and the browser you’re using, then click Start Chat.
Type your question into the dialogue box and a support team member will respond promptly.
