New GradLeaders IMS Features from our April 2025 Release:
- Enables admins another key field to match records on intern imports. Records can be matched on user name, email address, Student ID, or Internal Student ID
- Provides customers with the flexibility to limit Peer Appointment and Team Meeting eligibility to specific subsets of interns based on any intern profile field
- Makes a staff member’s last My Folders/All Folders selection sticky across sessions
- For customers that do not use Single Sign On, enables interns to use their email address as their username during account creation
- Enable interns, employers, and staff to view all of the surveys that they have been sent, see open surveys, and view their prior responses
- When admins print a survey, the Summary section will always print on page 1. This applies to single intern surveys, staff surveys, etc.
- Enable permissioned admins to edit survey responses by user
- Provides staff tagged as a “Workshop Point Person” with an automatic calendar integration transaction, assuming that they are configured to receive calendar transactions
