Looking back on 2025
As 2025 comes to a close we here at GradLeaders wish everyone a Happy Holidays! Its been quite a year for us here and we wanted to take a chance to reflect on it with you all. From launching our new Survey tool to charging towards the future with our partner nSpire, we here at GradLeaders have been working tirelessly to update our product to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
As always our brand has been about empowering our users with industry leading software and support. As such, along with the inititives we bring we also leverage the feedback from our Partners to keep making new improvements. We strive to keep our pulse on what our partners need the most so that we can keep providing first-class support along with the best piece of software to suit your needs.
nSpire Partnership updates
In the summer of 2024, we partnered with nSpire AI to combine their industry knowledge with our platform expertise. Earlier this year we achieved a long standing goal of better integrating the two platforms—enabling customers to access industry-leading career programming fully aligned with AI-driven coaching. We continued advancing our position as the first and only career programming platform fully integrated with AI, delivering:
- Single Sign-On (SSO) for seamless platform access
- Smart job matching powered by intelligent algorithms
- Tailored resume review capabilities
- Enhanced metrics and reporting for data-driven decision-making
These are just a few of the things our partnership provides to our customers and it continues to expand the possibilities for institutions that want to stay ahead of the curve in career readiness.
Continuously Improving
The world keeps moving and we aim to keep staying ahead of the curve. This year we’ve released many improvements to make our in app technology better, from upgrading our integrated video better to releasing our own comprehensive Survey tool. While we previously leveraged a 3rd party partner for evaluations we now have this all available in app and its more flexible than ever! In fact, in the last year alone we’ve released over 100+ features from big improvements to requests from our customers.
